10:45p.m. Another long day. I got about 17 things done from my list of 20. I fell short three assignments but I will do tomorrow. Today was very productive. A new Intern Kadeen started today. She is a student from Capital Community College. She is studying business. Today she got an orientation to the Diamond Ruff Project. She will be assisting in developing a book fullfillment operation system for the organization, and helping else where needed. She seems entergetic and smart. I hope she can last. Sherri wo -

8:00p.m.- sStarted at 6:30am. Another long day today...trying to balance personal, run a business and maintain this Diamond Ruff Project. No complaints it was a very good day. Mike Sanders contacts from North Carolina produced a phone conference call w/Gloria Velez's manager. Gloria Velez is a well-known rapper, dancer, model and actress. She is cited in "The Game's" song "Wouldn't Get Far" as being a hip hop model that many aspiring models aim to be similar to. [2] Most of Gloria Velez's music video appearances were those of multi-million dollar artists such as Jay-Z, Ja Rule, Dmx, and Dru Hill. Velez is most known for being the hip hop video model that used a short career to create more careers. The nationally published and well-respected Vibe Magazine presents Velez as one of the hardest working women in the music video industry. Playboy honored Velez by distributing "Queen of Clubs" which consists of Velez hosting a strip club competition. In addition, Gloria Velez is XXL magazine's very first "Eye Candy Of the Year" model. Anyway Mike has set up a meeting next Thursday in New York w/her team to discuss the possiblities of Gloria participating in the Diamond Ruff Project. Another  meeting is set up with NewYork.com next Thursday to discuss cross-marketing w/the Diamond Ruff Project(book signing and special events. We had a major meeting w/Producer Jan Andre to discuss his work -

Debbie began reviewing the book and began proofing. She wants to take it to a friend who writes for a living and an expert on proofing/editing to help. She and I discussed this would push the book back a week. But we both agreed Diamond Ruff will be a bestseller and we don’t want to leave anything to chance. Everything is done on the book. I just need a bullet proof final draft. As we wait I will concentrate on the selling of the book. We have to move at least 100,000 copies to make it a best seller. I will set up with a very smart and charismatic man who works in the next building over from me. His name is Steve Perry; he is the principal of Chapter Oak Capital Preparatory Academy. He is the author of “Man Upâ€. A book that was a National Best Seller. I will seek help and offer how I can help him in his endeavors. Yesterday we put together a newsletter to send out to members. Manhattan Public Access called with dates and times Diamond Ruff TV will air. I’m really excited.
